Samsung Apps and ServicesHere's how to set it up on your Samsung phones:
1. Add your Google account to the Samsung Calendar app:
Open the Samsung Calendar app on your phone.
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner.
Scroll to the bottom and select Manage calendars.
Tap the plus sign (+) or look for an option to add an account.
Select Google and log in with your Google credentials to add your account.
2. Select the calendar to sync on each phone:
On one of your phones, open the event you created in Samsung Calendar.
Tap on your email address (which shows your current calendar) to see a list of available calendars.
Select your Google Calendar from the list.
This action will make the event appear in your Google Calendar, which then syncs to your other phone.
3. Check for sync issues:
If events aren't appearing on your other phone, go to the Samsung Calendar app on that phone.
Tap the menu icon and ensure that your Google Calendar is selected and has a checkmark or is toggled on to show events.
Make sure both devices have a stable internet connection for successful synchronization

Samsung Apps and ServicesYour friend can manage his shared Google calendar using Samsung Calendar app, and the events will automatically be shared.
This will not require you to use Samsung calendar, but you will need to get your friend to associate and share the Google calendar he is using Samsung Calendar to manage.

Samsung Apps and Services@rockytheredhead He would need to put the relevant entries on his Google calendar. Or create a new Google calendar on his Google account for the shared entries. Then he can share that calendar to you.
