Viewing software for SNH-V6410PN smartcam; app no longer supported

What viewing software that is compatible.  Wisenet reports incompatibility in July 2024.

After Wisenet discontinued its support of Smartcams in July, my SNH-V6414BN camera page is now replaced with a message: "The service is no longer supported for this model".  The information provided by Samsung/Wisenet states that the SmartCloud service is disabled but that the all other features such as live monitoring, email alerts and microSD recording will continue to work as usual.  This is not correct.   Wisenet has cut off all customer support in the U.S. and Samsung agents just send a link to Wisenet services which is not helpful. Has anyone encountered this problem and found a fix to the Smartcam app?  Thanks.

How can you stop supporting a perfectly good smart cam… Hundreds of thousands of people are now without security with no notice…

I will never buy anything Samsung again…!

It's completely a joke. I have 6 cameras and they just bricked them all. 😠
