Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Maybe do a phone restart or try clicking the update button a few times. Sometimes I see android updating when you keep refreshing. I seem it on other devices function like that

On the S24 Ultra. Maybe i have 2 differnt issues. Is anyone having issues with the security update? It states failed with error code. I don't recall the whole code, but it's 40?, something. I don't know what to do but I had already did a check with device care. Also I sent request for password reset but never got a email for it. All I know is to try again.

Reset the phone, and it should be fine. Sometimes, if you don't reset your phone at least once a month, there are problems with the cache memory that may cause those problems

Yeah, I restart my phone at least once a week. So I'll I can is try that to see if it jump boost it or something 🤔

No idea when it will be fixed I would think there is work being done to figure out what went wrong
