Samsung Apps and ServicesThey are being pushed by a app that you recently installed you would need to remember which apps you installed around the time they started and uninstall it

Samsung Apps and ServicesIf you don't remember what your last couple of apps are, or if you are sure they are not the ones shooting you ads, you could download Good Lock and the Nice Catch module and turn on "Detect Commercials". It will then tell you which app is sending the ads.
Random pop-up ads are always the result of malware, either from going to an infected site (doesn't necessarily have to be the sites you are receiving ads for) or having an infected app. You should make sure your phone's app protection is turned on in the security settings and/or download an anti-virus/malware program.
