Hi, I'm trying to login to my Samsung Cloud Account online, but get this message:
Couldn't sign in
Something went wrong while signing you in to your account. Try again. If this problem continues, contact Customer Support.
All my other Samsung services accounts work fine, it's just this one that doesn't. Any suggestions please? Obviously, it's impossible to contact support so that's a dead end.

Samsung Apps and ServicesHi, thanks for the response, but I'm not sure you've understood the issue.
I have Samsung Cloud set up on my phone, it is syncing some of my Samsung apps, such as Samsung Notes. I am not trying to backup files.
I am trying to log onto the Samsung Cloud online from my laptop, using this URL: https://support.samsungcloud.com/#/login
However, on login I get the error I mentioned in my original post.

Samsung Apps and ServicesThe cloud does not exist except for backup and sync. You cannot read your notes from there, you have to have the corresponding synced notes app on the laptop, then your notes will be synced as long as you are logged into your Samsung account on your computer. However, you should still be able to log in via that link to see what's in the cloud. I had no issue and I do not even have a Samsung computer. Have you tried using a different browser? I logged in via Edge, but the website says it's optimized for Chrome.
