Hello,

I previously requested an archive of my personal data from Samsung Cloud / Privacy Portal.
I received the ZIP file via email:

gallery_dtp_download_*.zip

* - numbers and letters

However, the archive is password-protected (AES-ZIP), and unfortunately, I no longer have the email or instructions containing the password.

I deleted my account 2 years ago, and I lost the email that contained the password information.

How can I retrieve the password for this already generated archive?

You would need to contact samsung support since your account has since been deleted. Unfortunately, once Samsung account has been deleted they can't be restored. So they may not be able to help you get access to samsung cloud without your cloud password.
