I would follow the steps to change your DOB that @LongHiker previously mentioned. @Bullplanet You need to do it on the Samsung.com page.
Visit the Samsung.com page and log into your account.
From the drop down menu in upper right, click My account
Near the right side you will see a big blue button which says "Register a product". Above that, in blue, you will see a link to "My account info". Click that.
Scroll down and you will find a button "Edit personal information". Click that and you can edit your DOB.
Updating your address in the same area should update the region.
I was able to change my date of birth but unable to change the region. There is no section to enter the address. Anyways thank you so much for the help!
