Please is there anyone with the knowledge of how to download tracking history of SmartTags from SmartThings to excel sheet or the use of chatbots to download the reports.
I think for security and privacy reasons the device doesn't keep a history; therefore, you can't.
Such devices have been used to stalk individuals, so my guess is that Samsung doesn't install a larger memory chip for the collection of a tracking history as a cost saving measure and for legal liability reasons.
They've gone so far as to notify users, via their cellphone, if a tracker, that is unknown to the user, has been detected nearby for an extended period of time. (I think greater than 24 hours?)
