Did you know that with OneUI7.0 came more theft protection for your devices?  There are now features you can enable to further protect your phone and data.  There is an Identity Check feature, where you can enable a biometric to prevent someone who may know your password from changing settings or your password/PIN/pattern.  There is also a Theft Detection Lock, which will lock your phone if it detects someone has grabbed it and ran away; and Offline device lock which will lock your phone if it loses its network connections and, of course, remote lock (which did exist prior in the find app).

To access and enable these features, go to settings/security and privacy/lost device protection/theft protection and then enable and set up the items you want.

Oh right, you said so.  As I said, the tabs may not have the feature for whatever reason Samsung decided.

@casualSJ7230 It's on my Tab S10+.

Which tablet do you have?

Are you certain that you are running UI 7?

Looks like it is one of the features that didn't make it to the Tab A series.

Have you done a cache partition clearing?  It's also possible that there was some glitch in the application of the update and you may have to reset.  I cannot imagine they would have left it out of the A9+ if they put it on the other tablets.  It doesn't seem like it's something they would exclude "lower" devices from, since it's not an advanced feature.

@realaud The Tab A9+ does not have a fingerprint sensor. This is probably the reason why this biometric confirmation isn't included on that device.

But he is saying he doesn't have any of the new anti theft features. That's the only one that requires the biometric. No reason the others couldn't be included.

If you read the description, it confirms identity even if the thief knows the PIN, pattern, or password. That pretty much implies fingerprint as the verification.

Yes, that is the description for the protection against someone who KNOWS your pin/password or pattern being able to change said pin/password or pattern without having identity verification via biometrics.  The grab and runaway and remote/offline locking do not require the biometric, so there is no reason those can't be included on the A9+ - unless the A9+ just doesn't have the gyroscopic sensors necessary for grab and run.  That still wouldn't preclude the offline unlocking and we already know remote unlocking is not new through the find app.
