Galaxy Store Issues

Over course of 5 years I have switched the phones on regular basis as new version of phones rolls out.

This has not been case for any software that I purchased from Google play store, however samsung galaxy store imposes the limitation.

I have contacted app owner and he was unable to help and did not mention about licensing terms that limits number of downloads. The developer stated that they don't sell fonts directly and have to contact the samsung galaxy or Google play store from where it was purchased. Check the attachment

It clearly states " Contents may be downloaded any number of times and to a number of your devices, but in any case no more than ten (10) that are registered to your Account, provided expressly that no more than one (1) copy is installed on a single device at any one time."

I don't have 10 devices ...I deregistered old devices that are no longer with me

If i understand you correct you want your themes or other things transferable to new device if so that wouldn't be a normal practice

They are same samung devices but new version or upgrade. I don't have issues with anything installed via Google store

If you're signed into your Samsung account all themes and such should be there. Note some themes aren't compatible with the newer UI versions.

Thanks for response . It is font that i installed and after several attempts in dealing with developer and Samsung Galaxy store support, I gave up.

Never buy software from Samsung Galaxy Store but rely on Google Play store
