Theme Park on One UI 7 Adds Unwanted Green Color to Custom Palettes

I’ve been running into a strange issue with Theme Park on One UI 7 and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this—or found a fix.

Whenever I create a custom theme using Theme Park, everything looks fine during setup. I manually customize every color in the palette. But once I apply the theme, some UI elements (like toggles, highlights, or buttons) show up in green—even though I never selected green anywhere in my palette.

When I go to Wallpapers and Style > Color Palette, I notice that my custom palette includes an extra green swatch at the bottom. It seems like One UI 7 is injecting a sixth color into the palette that Theme Park doesn’t let me customize. This green tone appears to be Samsung’s default fallback when a color slot isn’t defined.

Interestingly, if I use the Color Palette feature directly from Wallpapers and Style (without Theme Park), the colors apply correctly and no green shows up.

Here’s what I’ve tried:
- Rebuilding the theme from scratch in Theme Park
- Manually customizing every visible color slot

Still, the green persists.

Is this a known limitation with Theme Park on One UI 7? Is there a workaround to override or remove that sixth color slot? Would love to hear if others are seeing the same thing—or if Samsung is planning a fix in future updates.

Thanks in advance!

I'm fairly confident this is the same problem I had been experiencing with the red being unchangeable. The only time the green shows up for me is when using the wallpaper you posted in your screenshot. For some reason, the system is auto-selecting a complementary or contrasting color based on the wallpapers and applying it to the color palette in Wallpapers and style. I've been reporting this for almost 2 years now, it's very annoying. The only way I have been able to alter it is by using a different wallpaper.

Honestly, I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. For me, it was giving everything a reddish-pink hue. It seems to be based on the wallpaper background, but I'm not positive.

Oh, yeah, but that's a different issue, and you are right, in your case, it is picking it up from the wallpaper.

But what im saying is not a hue, it's literal green solid color, in some elements of the UI, that I'm unable to edit with Theme Park, but it disappears if I use the default color palettes in Wallpapers and Styles.

Here is the colors I select in Theme Park:

1000009111.jpg

I apply the theme and this is the result, see the clock widget dot for the seconds:

I go check what palette is in use in Wallpapers And Style:

That green is there on every theme I make with Theme Park, doesn't matter the colors I choose or the wallpaper.

This might be just a bug in DIY, it's still in Beta it's not fully fleshed out yet.

In this app in the support section under feedback you can report the bug. When selecting a category chose apps, frequency, often.

Attached screenshots.

Describe the bug you are experiencing. Do not close the members app while system logs are being created. You will get a notification that the error report has been logged.

For some reason, I don't have that clock option on my S24U so I can't test this. Is the seconds indicator the only place you're seeing the green color?

The calculator gets the green also.

It's easy to test. Just create a theme in Theme Park, apply it. Go to Wallpapers and Style and see the active palette. You'll see the third color is green. You can tap it, and then you can see on the top how that green goes to the calculator. If you select any other palette there, it will change. The whole thing is that there is no option in Theme Park to replace that apparently default green. So either you choose a palette from Wallpapers and Style or you create your own palette in Theme Park, but then the third color will always be green.
