Samsung Apps and ServicesWhat phone and OS/UI do you have. I currently have no issue with adding the widget or routine. When I add the widget to the screen, it immediately opens to the Smart Things routines section to either add a routine or select from already configured routines. If I close that out, I get the widget where "add routine" appears. If I tap that, I am again taken to the routines page to either create or add a routine.

Samsung Apps and ServicesOK. I do not have One UI 8.0 yet, so I can't speak to whether it's a glitch in the update. If you already tried clearing the phone's (not the app's) cache partition, and it is still happening, you should put in an error report through the feedback link in the support tab of the members app.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI have an S23 Ultra updated to One UI 8.0. I added the widget and when I click on Start it goes to the location page and allows me to start a routine. FYI.
