One of the Samsung Health app sleep measures is sleep latency.... How long it takes to fall asleep. The target is 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

What I have found however, is that if you fall asleep in less than 5 minutes (attached screenshot shows one instance where I fell asleep in 2 minutes) the app considers that sleep latency needs attention! Properly, that should be considered excellent. The only time it should require attention is if the latency was greater than the target, not less than.

No attached two screenshots. One where I fell asleep in 12 minutes shows excellent, the other words the Terminator fell asleep in 2 minutes shows needs attention.

If you read further down the page on the sleep latency, it says  that if you fall asleep in less than 5 minutes it could indicate overtiredness, which means you should go to be earlier to avoid that.
