Basically, I've found Samsung health very useful for tracking sleep with my watch, and there are apps that exist that are designed to wake you up at the best point in a sleep cycle. but I've had trouble with their accuracy and getting them to work properly, and some seem to be fighting with Samsung health for priority on my phone and watch.
basically, I think it would be super useful to have an alarm like that integrated into the sleep part of Health. and I'd trust it a lot more than letting a random Google play app access my biometric data
I used Sleep Like Android for awhile. Did what it was supposed to do but it drained my watch battery much faster than regular Samsung Health sleep tracking did. A smart alarm would be a welcome improvement with the option to wake up at a set time too.
