Samsung Health not writing protein to Health Connect nutrition data

Samsung health is not writing Protein data to Health Connect with the nutrition data. All the other data appears present except for protein.

Samsung Health Version: 6.30.7.003
Android version: 16
Phone Version: Galaxy S23 / SM-S911U1

Confirmed the issue is with Samsung Health with these steps:

1. Open Health Connect (from Android Settings)
2. Open "Data and access"
3. Open "Nutrition"
4. Browse entries written by Samsung Health. All data except protein appears to be present
