I have a feature request that would be a very helpful for weight training, to have a page to add and customize your workouts like squats and bench press etc, as well as create a routine that you can follow with integration on Samsung health on the watch, example apps jefit and strong lifts.

I try to use Samsung Health for sleep and activity tracking. When I see brainless stuff like this, however, all the data it's providing is questionable. Hopefully the next version will be a little more reliable...

Now Health is suggesting that I get more restorative sleep by going to bed tonight at 3:30 PM. Uh, in real life that's TODAY, not tonight! And I'm supposed to embrace AI as if it can think as well as I can??? ๐Ÿ˜‚1753178035245.jpg

I need a simple note feature for sleep and energy level readings to record how I am actually feeling in addition to what my watch/phone arr saying.

The health app apparently does not like exercise - at least the exercise of an athlete. When Strava is showing consistent improvement, th Samsung app says I need to exercise less. The overlap between exercise and an irregular sleep schedule appears to be partially the cause.

Intelligent activity tracking that auto merges with data from 3rd party data. Example- Aviron rower sends data to Strava. Strava syncs with Samsung health. Galaxy watch captures activity at the same time with heart info. Both show up as unique activity doubling the actual activity metrics.

When ending a run, samsung health computes how quickly your HR recovers. I love the feature, but there seems to be a 10-30 second lag of the true HR frequency and when the watch actually displays it, which leads me to believe that the HR recovery is slightly inaccurate. I'm not sure if the solution should be just to end the run a few seconds late on the watch or if Samsung Health should implement a delay of several seconds before it starts recording post-run HR, or perhaps there is another software solution of which I haven't thought.

Have you considered that there is a measurement period, whereby the recovery needs to be measured? And, even if it is inaccurate by a few seconds, does it make a quantifiable difference?

Request:

Maybe you can have a screen that overlays, with the sleep information, heartrate information, and the breathing/O2 information.

Having these daily/nightly readings overlay might be able to pinpoint disturbances in your sleep. Example only: let's say you stop breathing, for 15 seconds at 3:15am, you can see what stage of sleep you were in and your heart rate. (Obviously,  know if you have that particular issue, you should be seeing a doctor.)

Might seem trivial, but with a mild case of OCD and ADHD, it saves time instead of trying to overlay it yourself.

Thank you for your time all,

I use the Samsung Health App to monitor my sleep. With the app I found out that I snore and may have Sleep Apnea. My sleep score is always very low because my sleep quality is very bad. I wake up as tired or more than when I went to bed. My energy score always shows to be very high (85 this morning) but I have about zero energy. I am scheduled to have a sleep study done in a couple of weeks. Anyway, what i am getting at is the energy score is very inaccurate.
