Samsung Apps and ServicesI am trying to update my payment methods for my 3 Samsung Care+ subscriptions, however, the previously posted instructions to update the payment method are not available to me.
Logged in at Samsung.com
My orders will show the current invoices and allow me to update if the payment fails, but I need to update these to another method without waiting for a payment to decline.
The chat bot suggested the following:
- To change the payment method for your Samsung monthly subscription plan, including updating your card information, please log in to your Samsung account. Once logged in, navigate to the payment settings where you can easily update your payment method.
From the photo, you can also see there are no Payment settings to update.
I tried logging into the Samsung Care+ site as well with no success.
I would like to change this information online as I don't have hours to wait on hold for support to get back with me. What other options do I have?
