First of all, I'd like to wish you the best for 2025 🙂
My son will get soon a smartphone and I'd like to create him a Samsung account. I've a S23, with OneUI 6.1 and go the family > Create child account and everything is fine until the credit card verification. When I enter my code, I get the following error "Identity couldn't be verified. Try again."
I've used another credit card, tried also several time to delete/add the existing one (-15 euroct each time by the way) but nothing works, still the same problem 😅
I wonder if it is not due to the 2-fact authentication we have in Europe (you need to confirm a transaction with a digipass or any other device/software to authenticate yourself + the transaction).
I'm stuck as there is no alternative to be considered as a parent and go further in the creation process.
So.. If anyone of you may have an idea/solution to create the kid account, I'd appreciate ^^
