This is hard to explain and hard for people to believe when I tell them. I have and android. A friend of mine has an iPhone. Several years ago, I randomly started receiving messages from her, not meant for me. What do know is her best friend had the same name as me. I would receive messages meant for that person. I didn't get every message though. This when on for a couple years, because I was enjoying being in the loop of certain conversations, many about me. I finally told her what was happening and she was embarrassed and supposedly corrected the problem. Fast forward a few years, it started again. This time, the person with the same name as me is not involved. It's a group text with two other people I think. Again, I don't get every message. It's only random texts at random times. Sometimes days will go by I don't receive any. What causes this??
