For all those perturbed by the very short time out on the phone screen when making a call, Good Lock has a new module called Display Assistant. It has a setting to allow you to set different screen time out periods for different apps (max 10 minutes). I set the phone app to stay on for 10 minutes and it appears to work.

Since it's a new module, it may only be available for phones running OneUI 7.0. I just checked on my S10 which is also running Android 13/OneUI5.1 and it is not available in that version of Good Lock. It only just appeared available to download last week on my A54 - after the OneUI7.0 update. The Galaxy Store will not show you any apps incompatible with your device.
