No official date yet. The One UI 7 update, based on Android 15, is initially available with the Galaxy S25 and will gradually roll out to other supported Samsung devices in the first quarter of 2025.
Around August, September or October since Tablets get major OS updates at the end of the year

S24 series, then S23 ect, probably middle of the year for all devices eligible to get Android 15. Since beta UI 7 is still running on S24 ultra, once it's done within a week or two after that will start the upgrade.
Android 16 is supposed to out by 2nd quarter of 2025 for certain pixel phones, 6a and above. Android 16 is in beta testing as of January 23, 2025.
