Please include guests mode to ui 7 or multiuser feature other small phone have it talk less of High cost phone. I hear the feature is included in iPad thanks
I have been a Galaxy owner since the very first one was released. There is absolutely nothing that I like about this update. It's difficult to navigate the phone for the first time. The "newly added" being above "favorite" contacts is insane, especially since it can't be removed. Most of my "recently added" are contacts that I've had for decades so it's not even accurate. The icons are ugly. For the first time ever, I hate my Galaxy.
Iโve been a loyal Samsung user for years โ and not just with phones. My wife and I both use Samsung phones. Weโve got the Samsung fridge, stove, washer, and dryer. If Samsung makes it, I usually buy it.
Thatโs why this latest OS update is such a shock. The new interface is horrible. I donโt know where anything is anymore. It feels like I have to relearn my whole phone from scratch. The layout is confusing, things are moved around for no reason, and overall, it just sucks the joy out of using the device.
I was actually planning to upgrade to a newer Samsung soon because Iโve always loved the camera and how intuitive the system was. But now, Iโm seriously questioning whether I want to stay with Samsung at all.
Please listen to your users. This update made things worse, not better. Bring back the previous interface or at least give us the option to switch back. Donโt push changes like this without thinking about long-term customers who actually rely on your devices.
Whoever hired the intern to do the software update needs to be fired immediately nobody asked for any of this **bleep** that y'all put on here put the search bar back at the top get rid of the stupid battery bubble and put the Bluetooth icon back up there at the top so we know if we're connected or not. Also fix the battery draining issue holy **bleep** that's insane.
