Hello,

I need to disable the text message to sign in to my Samsung account,  all I need is to use my password to sign in.

Can someone tell me how I do this ?
Thanks

Samsung's two-step verification cannot be entirely disabled, as it is an automated security feature. You can, however, change the verification method to something other than text messages, like an authenticator app or backup codes, to remove the text message part of the verification process.

Two factor authentication for your Samsung account is mandatory, I believe.  It can't be disabled, but as @Pianodude58 said, you can change the method of verification.  I don't generally get text messages, I get a "toast" confirmation on my devices, when I sign into my account from a new device or one that hasn't been signed into for awhile and lost its "cookie".  If I remember right, the text message is only asking if it was you that signed in, and you don't have to do anything.

It would br nice if Samsung would fix Samsung TV Plus so it allows going back to previously selected channel. This has been broken for a long time. The back button works on regular over the air channels but not on Samsung TV Plus channels.

Anyone else having this problem?
