my Samsung smart TV is stuck on page 3. I understand another user also had this problem. I cannot do anything with the TV. I have searched online to get assistance and each subject is telling me to do a soft shut off or a hard shut off. When I do anything even unplug the TV unplug and leave it unplugged for 1:30 hours and I plug everything back in that page still comes up. What do I do? How do I bypass all this? I really need assistance! And now my bias is not even connecting to my TV Please help

I can completely understand the frustration behind the concerns you are experiencing. Since you are unable to do a soft reset, then it's recommended to contact Samsung Care at 800-726-7864. The pro's will be able to remotely access your TV and be able to perform a reset on their end.
