Samsung Apps and Services
Im confused. What is the point of search nearby if it doesn't work when the device is dead and offline. I just spent an hour trying to find my left Galacy bud 3, praying I didnt leave it outside and praying it didnt rain if I did. I used it this morning and didnt realize that I only had the right earbud in the case at night. I tried using the Nearby Search feature and it couldn't detect my earbud. The location tracking was also off because when I finally found it, it was at the opposite end of my house.
The Nearby Search isnt an option for online and charged devices. For example it only gave me the 'Ring' option for the right earbud even when I was away from it. So if it can detect the device im trying to find when it gives me the option to use that feature, what is the point or am I just using it wrong!?!

Samsung Apps and ServicesThank you for reaching out, duck13. I can certainly understand your frustration with not being able to tracking your lost left Galaxy bud. Just to clarify are you using the buds with the One UI 8 update and locating them from find my buds in the settings?
