Monopoly Go error through gaming hub

When I try to load Monopoly Go through the gaming hub, I get an error message "couldn't load game because too many people are playing it now"  been going on for hours

I know what it says just don't understand what this means.

 

I pay for extras on this game & don't want to download it.

Question but those free dice links don't work on the cloud, is there a way to transfer to the app without losing progress?
