Samsung Apps and ServicesPerhaps it's your location service that's the issue. You can expand the perimeter around the location. All modes and routines can be turned on and off manually, even if they are on an automation schedule. There's even a button conveniently located in the control panel to make manual activation easy. Does it work when you activate it manually or use some other start action other than location?
Location services is provided by Google as part of the Android system. Also, demanding that Samsung needs to fix it on a user to user help forum isn't going to have any result for you.
