Merging Samsung notes from old device to new device

Is there an app. That will bring notes from old phone to new phone?

The way I did it from my S8 to S9+ you just make sure you're signed into your Samsung account on your new phone and you can import them from within the app and it gets them from the cloud. That's how I did it.
