Members app language

After the software update on my tab s10 ultra the language in the members app is in part English and part is in a foreign language. Actually most of it is in the foreign language. Any ideas?

For some reason my samsung account thinks I'm in vietnam even though I hands the US selected as my county/ region. When I go to my profile the country says USA, but there is a red ! next to it. Have no idea how to correct this

I don't understand why it would be doing that behavior when you have language set to English.
I would reach out to support and see if they can help
