How can google accounts and Samsung work effectively? I think my phone has been hacked .. but I dont know if one uses the other for security to keep getting passwords
Your google and samsung accounts are generally not going to interact in such a way that they can access one another.
If you believe your accounts have been compromised in some way, access your account and log out of all devices. From a secure device, change passwords and enable 2 factor authentication.
If you believe the device itself has been compromised, you can go to Settings > Security and privacy > App Security > app protection > scan phone to identify threats. You can also check device admin settings for any unknown or questionable apps.
