For some reason my Samsung account thinks I'm in Vietnam. My location selected is USA and the language is English but for some reason the language for the members app is Vietnamese on my tablet. And even on my phone if I use the browser and go to samsung.com, I get a pop up that says "we think you're in Vietnam. Would you like to go to the Vietnam website? ". I called customer service and let the look at my phone and they couldn't figure it out. They said the support for the Samsung account had to be done through text. But I've requested help 3 time and I've gotten nothing.
I even deleted my account and created a new one and it's still doing the same thing. I'm at a complete loss.. ๐คทโ:male_sign:
