Is Samsung financing being discontinued?

I received an email, saying that TD Bank and Samsung are ending their partnership. Did anyone else receive this email. I called to confirm this with TD Bank cs. They will be closing my and other user accounts. I'm upset I have 6 yrs of credit history being erased

Exactly,that's the upsetting part losing credit access and the closing of an account.

I got the same letter. Samsung was my favorite account

I got a letter in the mail that said the same thing. So after the 31st of December, Samsung financing will not be available for purchasing anything on Samsung website.

Sigh, and I'm waiting for the S25U to come out to use the financing option again.

I hope that Samsung will transfer the credit over to another institution.

Most likely they'll use another bank that will make you apply all over again sadly unless the new bank purchase those accounts from TD Bank

Yeah, I don't really want to lose my available credit with TD. I also don't want to open another credit account with whoever they go with.

Yes I got a letter from TD stating that on Dec 31st that my samsung Td account will be closed which actually really sucks because I use this account often been a member for five years.

I can't believe they're discontinuing the Samsung Financing and closing our accounts. I'm really not happy for the negative hit my credit is likely going to take, but more so for losing my ability to get a new phone, tablet, earbuds, etc. whenever I want. We've been together so long......

I maintain a current active financing account with TD Bank. However, it appears that they have discontinued their partnership with them and now use Affirm. Is it still possible to use it in the future?

Most likely not , unless they get another bank to allow a store card
