Samsung Apps and ServicesI just noticed that I hadn't clarified in my question below, that this is on a Samsung computer, not a phone: "How do I reinstall the Samsung Settings App? It's not in the Microsoft Store. It quit working, I googled it and found advice to uninstall it then reinstall it from the Samsung Update App, but once I uninstalled it, I can't find it in the Samsung Update App. Apparently the Update App only works for apps already installed. After finding the whole Model Number, not just the one on the back of the computer, which isn't the complete one, I put that in the Samsung Update App, and found a whole bunch of files, none named Samsung Settings, and no idea how to install them whatever they are. Some of them say that Samsung Update is already installed when I double click on them. Still don't know which files to click on to install whatever files I've downloaded. I tried to use Book Settings instead, but it gives me an error saying I need to install Samsung System Agent first."

Samsung Apps and ServicesI had found it, it wasn't hidden, but I uninstalled it, following some directions, but after I uninstalled it, I went to Samsung Update App to reinstall it, only to find out that it doesn't show up in the updates unless it's already installed. I don't know where to look for hidden apps, but since I uninstalled it, I'm guessing that it just isn't there anymore. I might look for how to find hidden apps.

Samsung Apps and ServicesWhy would you look in the Microsoft store? Are you looking to install this on a Windows computer? If you are looking for it on a Samsung device, you would look in the Samsung store. You shouldn't need to download it. You should just factory reset your phone. You can restore your backup.

Samsung Apps and ServicesBecause when I googled it, that was the advice I got. Then I saw something that said that it would have been preinstalled by Samsung, so I followed the directions for getting from Samsung, which led me here because those directions didn't work. I didn't know there was a Samsung Store. I haven't seen any reference to that. It is a Samsung computer and it had it installed on it when I first got it. So I want it back because I want to do some of the settings it allowed me to make. Thanks for the info on the Samsung Store.

Samsung Apps and ServicesI just realized I didn't clarify that this is on a Samsung computer not a phone. I don't see any Samsung Store for computers, just the Galaxy app store for phones.

Samsung Apps and ServicesDid that app originally come installed on the computer? It's possible the only way to get that app back would be to do a system refresh or restore of the operating system. If you used Microsoft backup, you can probably restore the backup.
You can try downloading here: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nw64c92qb0k?hl=en-US&gl=US

Samsung Apps and ServicesDefinitely check your hidden apps and make sure you don't have that app hidden.
If you don't feel comfortable installing from apk mirror the next best thing to do is factory reset your device but make sure the back up you have has the settings app installed still OR start completely over and install apps manually
