If you try setting system brightness above a certain threshold, the system displays an annoying popup prompting you to enable Adaptive Brightness. Every. Single. TIME.

If you want to actually disable the popups, disable com.samsung.android.brightnessbackupservice app with ADB. This is the current solution, as of writing.
