I will be happy to guide you in the right direction on how our Samsung Rewards program works.
Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program where users earn Samsung Rewards points by buying Samsung products and using Samsung services. Points can be redeemed toward purchases on Samsung.com/Shop and in the Shop Samsung app.
Here is how to use your points:
Log into your Samsung Account while you are making a purchase on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to use your points to pay for all or part of qualified products on Samsung.com/Shop and the Shop Samsung app.

Samsung Apps and ServicesRewards are no longer redeemable as of Dec 12 2021!!! Rewards no longer show up at checkout. After way too much time trying to get the payment to work and then explaining to chat I was finally told to call an 800 number where I would "definitely get my rewards applied to my purchase". The phone person could not help and I was sent to a promotions specialist who told me there is a rewards system update and rewards could not be applied and no timing is available of when the system will be available again. A ticket had to be created to notify me. I have never heard of any system update occurring before customers were notified (I have been in their system for years). What is worse, no one at Samsung knows when it will be available again!!!
