How can I move apps and put them on my home screen i have android phone

When you are in the app drawer, long tap on any of your apps and it will bring up a box that would allow you to put it on the home screen.

What is the app drawer? There is no such thing when I search settings. When I press and hold the app which is on screen 4, there is no option to move to home
