Home Up UI Issue

I downloaded the Good Lock app and Home Up, but Home Up's UI looks different than every video and picture I see. I'm also unable to find the DIY Home screen option

One UI Version 5.1,

I've re downloaded the apps several times, I have home and app screen turned on, I don't have the more options when I hold down my home screen and press settings.

DIY home requires One UI 7 or higher. It will not be available on your device running UI 5.1, unfortunately.
