GoodLock or Samsung customization in General

It would be so awesome and in line with customization freedom if we could change the colors of pop Up windows . The gray colored menu bar at the top of the popUp window is boring. The options on the bar can change colors based on homscreen colors but not the bar/window itself.

Yes.. so that white part or black/gray in dark mode is what I'm referring to ... i would like to be able to change that color... its not an option as of now.. but im jus sending a suggestion.... color coordinating that bar...

I get bored easily.. so i gotta keep changing the view of my phone to keep it exciting. U can change the color of folders and buttons and icons but I can't change that 1 thing.

Like this? Adaptive lighting changed it all from blueberry purple to this. I did not know about folders.
