It would be so awesome and in line with customization freedom if we could change the colors of pop Up windows . The gray colored menu bar at the top of the popUp window is boring. The options on the bar can change colors based on homscreen colors but not the bar/window itself.

That area of the popUp window... its gray and boring.... we can change the colors of the buttons but not the entire menu bar. I would like to b able to change that gray to a blue ... or a red to stand out. Or even an outline would standout

I have never seen that.  is that what you see when you open an app in pop up view?  I don't see that.  Perhaps it depends on the app.  My pop-up view window is a single color, except for what the app includes.

If u push that purple line.. and scroll to the right it gives the option to expand that bar... when it expands its just gray...
But the options like that purple u show there will b the color based on the background colors. .. u must have a purple in your background

You mean this bar?  Mine is white, because I use light mode on my phone.  Yes, the elements of my wallpaper are purple. I used Quick Star to style my quick panel for purple text in my notifications, so that may be why the text and options are showing as purple.  There is a lot more color flexibility in light mode than in dark.
