Getting spammed by Samsung notifications

Anyone else getting spammed hard by Samsung notifications? Getting this no less than 3 times a day.

I don't want to block notifications, but if I wanted to reserve, I would've 800 notifications ago.

I've gotten 3 emails about it. I just deleted them I just got my 22 plus last March I'm not looking to upgrade unless I can get the 23 plus in exchange for my 22 plus

Getting spammed by other sources through texts & cannot find a category to block spam in texts. Samsung please fix!
