They look exactly the same, surely they could have figured out some way to differentiate without having to resort to adjunct symbols.  At least it's not as bad as it was where it says "male shrug" and "female shrug".  Besides, now you're asking too much, they fixed the fire emoji, now you want more?

That's weird. I tested a bunch yesterday and some of the people emojis (like the one you just used) were fine.
