Wouldn't it be nice if the clock alarms listings were cloud enabled. This would make an alarm set on the tablet also go off on the phone, sort of like how phone ringing sharing works.

No, but I do use this feature, ... it does not currently synchronize the clock alarms. Although I could use the calendar to set a different kind of alarm.
