Samsung Apps and ServicesI have been seeing this message for the last two days. I'm not sure if the problem is on the server side or on my side.
I have done reboots, cache clearing and making sure apps are up to date. No changes

Check your network settings. You might have to do a network reset (last resort) if nothing else fixes the issue.
To do a network reset, go to device settings > general management > reset > reset wi-fi & Bluetooth settings.
