Email now sucks

1. Can't edit long emails because the cursor snaps to the top, rendering the email app USELESS.

2. Attachments to emails show up at recipients as 0kb files. Can't send attachments!!!

These are 2 basic email functions. Nothing works--clearing cache, disabling updates. Been a problem for a month since last major update. SAMSUNG WHERE TF IS THE FIX? I am shopping now for a non-samsung phone for myself for Xmas. What a waste of money.

Hey cool. I just read that the last update was the final one for 20fe. I guess samsung put bugs in the update so people would have to upgrade. Do you doubt this???? I'm leaving the brand.

Yes, I do, in fact doubt that Samsung is intentionally sabatoging their own apps for specific devices.

Could it possibly be that your device was already the budget option 5 years ago and simply doesn't function as well now that it is at the end of its life?

If that is the case, and people who have already upgraded to the latest device are also experiencing what you describe, your point about "putting bugs in the update so people have to upgrade" is null. You have undermined your own argument.

Submit an error report.

Temporarily switch to a different email client until the issue is resolved. An issue with a singular app does not render your entire device useless, nor does it force anyone to upgrade. That is overblown and illogical.
