Hello all,

I wanted to share this incase your considering a Care+ subscription. I signed up a little over a year ago. I understood that Samsung would support 4 devices per year. Well, not so fast. They do not cover items already owned, just new purchases. I called to get service on my Family Hub refrigerator and I got pound salt. This service is worded vaguely so I thought I should share.

That's okay Guess what I feel You for sure because I'm Galaxy Bud pro 3's I bought two pairs with care plus essentials package for 2 years and one parent is broken I'm trying to get them repaired and I keep they keep telling me that I have different address different email and on the receipts and invoice it's all the same stuff and I'm still paying on them monthly right now at a cat even give me that 4 and 1/2 hours on the phone and they keep hanging up on me give me the runaround that they have different departments for the Care Plus program Bull BS the most unprofessional care ever in my life and the thing is I love Samsung products I've always wanted to get from Samsung store themselves because I want to get the warranty cuz they don't give you the warranty and I'll buy mine at Best buy or whatever I paid full price for their products and they don't work as good as I get them themselves and their care package this is what I'm dealing with and as much as I love their products but they can't even get a simple repair work and care plus package simple and easy I said run me around everywhere and they don't have everything when I can look it up and see that it's active on my accounts and they can't. Over four and a half hours six or seven different phone numbers and the same thing three people said I had the care plus essential flat they saw it on the screen and the restroom had excuses that they don't have it give me the right around I am furious and raging but I'm really **bleep** as much as I love their products like this is the poorest in my entire life have I experienced such a sorry **bleep** excuse for a care plan plus plan and I am **bleep** and I want to be fixed the pain on and makes you assisting that I did not my phone number just not exist I can't even go over to the county more for Father claim than say I tried to get into much whether I'm trying to get into them on the phone over hours and I'm just so frustrated I feel you

Yeah, I can relate. I have a Z Fold 6 that was a total nightmare. It was still under warranty, but I didn't get help either. I try to stay non biased, so I don't RAG on anyone from either side. Obviously i'm still on the app, so i'm still here that said, i've definitely had pros as well as cons....

Sorry, excuse of Customer care plus essentials insurance package, when you have most unprofessional run department of passing calls around. 3 found I had the Samsung care plus essentials on noth Galaxy buds pro 3 bud's. Rest 2plus hours with one guy trying find why not showing with Serials# when I can look up in Samsung Store my orders and products register by me and Samsung plain as day show Samsung care plus essentials package 2yrs plan paid for both, same Name , address phone number email for both, bans still they tell it's show both them doesn't show for broke one se when it does I go through plan get number for claims to call and they tell I got the Samsung care department, . I love Samsung products, but if I can 100timez better customer care and repair service And insurance and cheaper from their rivalry company that I think that's probably one of having to do no matter what because I've waited for years years to get from their store products to get exactly from the store so I get the better care program cuz I used to buy Best buy everywhere else their products and you can't get insurance properly I thought this would be better but that's where this **bleep** I'm going to go through to get a pair of earbuds fixed by my other products that I buy from them I'm going to the same **bleep** over and over I don't know right now I'm so **bleep** I'm ready to just ban them over my house again I don't know if I want to fight anymore cuz as much as I pay for them I can't even get them their parents good I'll pay I'll pay you almost $3,000 for a **bleep** phone I have to go get that Best buy stuff because I can't get the credit with them that Friday work my credit up right so I can get the credit with them and they want to charge me up the butt but they don't want to fix it they're they're squirming out of repairing stuff that that's what it is they don't they don't honor their stuff they make up excuses Is this the first time I've dealt with something that's crazy I bought a but in their phones from Best buy at what I bought it I asked if I can get to care package plus through them and I was told you ask for this customer service person I talk to on Samsung okay so I was only $27,000 a month so I got it on my phone and I call the stuff and they passenger much numbers and the guy tells me you're not supposed to have a care plus package You don't you didn't buy it from the shop and hung up on me after 4 hours running around all the place trying to find why I going to get fixed And now that buy it from them and pay for it I still paying for it this is what I get I don't know if I want to continue business I love I'm so confused now

I don't think anyone who does not know how to use punctuation should be criticizing how a company does business. If you speak the way you write, perhaps customer service did not understand what you were talking about.

My TTS function uses punctuation, or I am collected enough to add the punctuation to the end of sentences.  As does anyone else I know who uses TTS functions.

Perhaps an "Honored Contributor " should focus on intent vs. Trivialize others? I guess it should be marketed as Honored defender?

I think you are referring to the VIP Advantage plan. You must have the plan in place before purchasing items that you want covered.

In general, Samsung Care+ doesn't have a number of device limit. And you can add Samsung Care+ to devices after purchase.

No, I didn't buy into the VIP Advantage plan, just for ear bud's. But, I did add Samsung care+ essentials for accidents, or damage. I skipped the List or stolen, didn't want it. I also ordered the first pair on June 3rd, and the got the 2nd pair ordered on July 23rd. So the plan was for each separate pair 2yrs

If I go online to the online shop, I can look at my orders, it's clear as **bleep**. Also, big I pull up my registered product but shows both have 2yr Samsung care plus essentials plan, and is active. With same email and phone number, and address. But, they can't see that 3 people there did. But , sent to another o}honestly for claims and they aren't on the same page . Hours later nothing is donedone. Wastes 6hrs.
