Care+ Subscription

Hello all,

I wanted to share this incase your considering a Care+ subscription. I signed up a little over a year ago. I understood that Samsung would support 4 devices per year. Well, not so fast. They do not cover items already owned, just new purchases. I called to get service on my Family Hub refrigerator and I got pound salt. This service is worded vaguely so I thought I should share.

How about the bill says care+ VIP advantage. If it is not Care+ for 4 devices per year perhaps they should have not use the term?
