Can you uninstall Gallery updates?

Anyone know how to remove the new update on gallery and is it safe and legal. I don't know about anyone else but the new update my phone got isn't good. YouTubes video doesn't sync with audio but that's for another day. 

If you can't remove the new update on gallery then how do you stop the story's music and auto video

You can uninstall updates.

Nothing I've uninstalled the updates and it still remained the same
