If someone is messaging you, and you don't want them to, you can go to the three dots in the upper right corner of the conversation and select Ignore user. There is currently no other way to filter/block individuals in the Samsung Community.
I find it disturbing that there is no way to block trolls here from littering my posts with pointless and counterproductive comments. I have one following me around now and I'd rather that he/she/it simply have no access to me or any of my posts.
