You had full partial or glass before Apple did. This is my Note20U. Which i dtill love i hate seeing widget boxes all over my screen it look unsophisticated.
Even my notification screen is full transparency. At least give us an option to take it down to zero. I use my older devices more than the newer ones because of more features.

On newer models, it is still working on Note20U. Anything updated beyond Android 14, it is not.

Long press the widget. Most of them still have transparency options available.
If you are dissatisfied with the default Samsung widgets, you can use something like KWGT to get virtually limitless widget options.
As for blur, I wouldn't expect it to be removed as blur is part of Google's M3E Design language, which UI7 and new are specifically designed to cohere with.
