Bought Smart Appliances I now can't interact with!

One of main reasons I bought my VERY expensive kitchen appliances was for the Smarthings feature that I could manage from my phone. At first I could interact with my appliances just fine until my Galaxy A21 "updated" and I received a message that Smarthings is no longer compatible with my phone. I deleted and tried to reinstall and it won't even install on my phone now. I checked with Smarthings and was told it requires Android 7 or higher and I have 11. So WHY won't it work when it once did?! I now have a bunch of fancy appliances but can't even use the best features.

Try syncing all of your allowed settings for your Samsung apps
